An organic, fairtrade and vegan marshmallow, coated with organic, fairtrade and vegan dark chocolate, 100% traceable from Belvas's four partner cooperatives in Peru and Santo Domingo. The icing on the cake is a delicate taste, between the crunch and intensity of the generous dark chocolate shell and the sweetness of a soft vanilla marshmallow.
Ingredients
Cane sugar, glucose-fructose syrup, cocoa butter, rice powder, water, cocoa mass, dextrose, tapioca starch, gelling agent: carrageenan, hydrolysed pea protein, natural vanilla flavouring.
